DYSLEXIA

Dyslexia is brain based type of learning disability that specifically impairs ones ability to read. These individuals typically read at levels significantly lower than the expected despite having normal intellects. Although the disorder varies from person to person,as common characteristics among people suffering have difficulty with spelling, phonological processing(confusion from sounds) and rapid visual-verbal responding. For adults, it can occur after a brain injury or dementia(brain disease)and can also be inherited from families.
This is according to studies from National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke.
It is a learning disability that impairs ones fluency in comprehending and being able to read.
Developmental reading disorder(DRD) occurs when theirs a problem in ares of the brain that help interpret language and it is not related to any vision disorders. It is information processing problem which that interfere with ones ability to think or understand complex ideas. These people often have above-average intelligence.
Victims normally have difficulty in connecting of language to the letters of a word thus impairing them from understanding the sentence.
They are better identified by writing that does not seem to match their level of intelligence from prior performance. Example include instead of who/how, what/want, say/saw, run/fun etc.
Extra learning assistance is put in place to assist victims.
A study has found that entrepreneurs are five times more likely to be Dyslexic than average citizen. 
And by that being said, Sir Richard Branson has Dyslexia and and had poor academic performance as a student but discovered his abilities to connect with others thus building his entrepreneurial empire of a CEO of more than 400 companies spread  all over the world.
Others include scientist Albert Einstein, Winston Churchill, John Kennedy and the rest.
