Yesterday, April 20, 2014 was a big day for Kenyans as they attended the Qatar Airways Interview held at Intercontinental Hotel Nairobi Kenya. The interview was from 0900-1700 hrs.
At 0850 hrs, i was walking along Parliament Road and it was chaos over there. A long line had already picked up, 2 to be exact as from Parliament building and another from Teleposta towers jam packed.

To my recommendation, they should have taken online application, shortlist the candidates and have them attend an interview. That way interviewers would have plenty of time to properly undertake a less tiresome interview and scrutinize each and every candidate. Interviewees also will be in a much proper shape and position to respond to each and every question.
